Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Processing of your order begins immediately upon placement. Once your order is submitted and payment is confirmed, it enters our fulfillment queue. Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date of your order for your shipment to arrive. While many orders arrive sooner, we ask that you plan accordingly โ especially for time-sensitive pool maintenance needs.
If you need a product urgently, we recommend placing your order as early as possible and contacting us at [email protected] to note your timeline.
2. Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped exclusively via UPS (United Parcel Service). We do not currently offer shipping through USPS, FedEx, or other carriers.
UPS service levels available at checkout may include UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air, depending on your location and the products ordered. Availability and pricing for expedited services will be displayed during checkout.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total, destination, and selected service level.
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $75 (contiguous U.S. only).
- Flat rate shipping of $7.99 on orders under $75 (contiguous U.S.).
- Expedited shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on UPS published rates.
4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Additional transit time should be expected for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not currently ship internationally.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your UPS tracking number. You can track your shipment at ups.com/track or by using our order tracking page.
6. Hazardous Materials (Pool Chemicals)
We comply with all applicable DOT and UPS hazardous materials shipping regulations. Products that cannot be shipped to your location due to hazmat restrictions will be noted on the product page.
7. Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged in transit, or shows as delivered but was not received, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [email protected] with your order number. We will work with UPS to investigate and resolve the issue.
Damaged shipments: If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and products before opening further, and contact us immediately. Do not discard the original packaging, as it may be required for a UPS damage claim.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. PoolVault Supply Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will make every effort to correct the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once a shipment is in transit.
